Its staff and location were awesome, and for us everything was perfectly fine. The restaurant was good for dinner, really enjoyed it.

Had a just perfect stay with value of money, everything was very good. It had central location close to Town Hall. Loved being close to a railway station. I was offered an outstanding breakfast at full price.

We booked a premium twin room and it was non-smoking, extremely comfy beds. The location of the hotel was ideal - within walking distance of Gletschergarten-Turm. The food we tried was great and they have plenty of meals to choose from.

First class staff and location, I loved its essentials. And it also had MARVELLOUS view. Walking distance to a museum and a chapel. Besides, the area was extremely safe, next to lake lucerne. I found magazines in the lobby. Not to mention reliable wifi!

The venue is fairly clean and fairly large, views are good, the location is fab very close to Station. Adequate breakfast, exceptional service.

We stayed 1 night and enjoyed the phenomenal location. Flexible staff providing spectacular service. Lovely beds, air conditioning, hairdryer and sound-proofed windows were a nice touch.

We loved everything, it was very clean. The beds were very clean in the updated bedroom. There was a very nice restaurant in the hotel. Gorgeous garden outside.

The staff were attentive, breakfast was tasty and location was very suitable. The standard queen room was adequate, comfortable bed. Wonderful white beach was adjacent to the hotel. Beautiful restaurant and lobby bar available. All the services were marvellous here...

Lake Lucerne is not far from the hotel. What's more, getting to alpineum on foot takes about 15 mins.

The bed was uncomfortable here.

So glad we choose it, it's lovely place for staying in Lucerne. Nice hotel restaurant. The room was good sized and had a great view.

Everything here was excellent, including location and views. Had breakfast for 25 chf per person per day. Appreciated how very clean the room was. Nice comfy base for exploring Lucerne.

We appreciated the location, not far from lion monument. Pizzeria la baracca, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. It was in a central setting. It was definitely 4 stars for us...

everything was very good, and staff was helpful. we spent just 15 minutes to walk to chapel bridge. we liked our great staying. old town district won't disappoint you.
